Unfortunately the answer is no. Each MOQ is based off of per size, per design and you cannot mix and match to achieve the MOQ.
Yes! The quantity varies per item on where the price break is. Please ask your PrideBites Account Executive for more information about this!
We do! Each design we make will include PMS colors that we will use to match during production.
Our standard turnaround time is 6-8 weeks.
Please note, the custom plush toy turnaround time can vary based on difficulty.
MOQ stands for "Minimum Order Quantity." It’s the smallest number of units we can produce per product style.
We have MOQs because each item is custom-made from scratch—designed, cut, printed, sewn, and assembled just for your brand. To keep production efficient and pricing reasonable, our factories require a minimum number of units per order.
We offer free samples upon request. Please contact your PrideBites Account Executive for more information on how to receive samples.
We offer private label options. Please contact your PrideBites Account Executive for more information on our private label programs.
All of our products are safe for dogs and cats as that is our number one priority. Our products have all been safety tested and are Prop 65 compliant as well.
All our products are made in China and India.
We can ship all over the world, however PrideBites will not be responsibile for duties and taxes associated with International shipping.
We can use your shipping account as long as the carrier is UPS and DHL. We would need the shipping account number and billing zip code. We do not use FedEx.
For orders over $2,000, our payment terms are 50% down, 50% upon delivery of your order. For orders under $2,000, we require the order be paid in full to start production.
We accept all major credit cards! | Yes, we do! You can arrange mailing them with your PrideBites Account Executive.
Setup fees can vary by item. A majority of the items require a $50 opening order set up fee and a $35 re-order setup fee. For orders under 500 units for custom plush toys, we require a $150 setup fee.
These setup fees are for getting your account setup in our system and machines.
