What are your best selling items?
Our top three best selling items are our PrideBites Dog Toy, Nylon Collars, and Nylon Leashes (6ft)
What are you most common collar/leash sizes sold?
For an opening order, we recommend ordering each size of collar and one size (6ft Medium) leash.
Can I design my own products?
You can! Your PrideBites Account Executive can send you blank templates for your team to design your own products.
Do you have examples of what other brands have done with you?
Please visit our Blog, LookBook, and Social Proof pages on our website to see examples of what other brands are doing with our items.
Can I mix and match sizes to achieve the MOQ for a product?
Unfortunately the answer is no. Each MOQ is based off of per size, per design and you cannot mix and match to achieve the MOQ.
Do you have price breaks if I order higher quantity?
Yes! The quantity varies per item on where the price break is. Please ask your PrideBites Account Executive for more information about this!
Do you PMS color match?
We do! Each design we make will include PMS colors that we will use to match during production.

What is turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time is 4-6 weeks
What is a MOQ? Why are there minimums?
MOQ stands for Minimum Order Quantity.
Do you offer samples?
We offer free samples upon request. Please contact your PrideBites Account Executive for more information on how to receive samples.
Do you offer private label options?
We offer private label options. Please contact your PrideBites Account Executive for more information on our private label programs.
Are all products safe for dogs and cats?
All of our products are safe for dogs and cats as that is our number one priority. Our products have all been safety tested and are Prop 65 compliant as well.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are made in China, except for our dog treats. Our dog treats are made in Florida.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We can ship all over the world, however PrideBites will not be responsibile for duties and taxes associated with International shipping.
Can i use my own shipping account?
We can use your shipping account as long as the carrier is UPS and DHL. We would need the shipping account number and billing zip code. We do not use FedEx.
Payment
Do you offer payment terms?
Our payment terms are 50% down, 50% upon delivery of your order for all orders 2K and above.
Do you accept credit cards? Do you accept checks?
We accept all major credit cards! | Yes, we do! You can arrange mailing them with your PrideBites Account Executive.
Are there any setup fees?
We have a $50 opening order setup fee and $35 re-order setup fee. These setup fees are for getting your account setup in our system and machines.
